A good 10 minutes of every local newscast is devoted to the weather report. Oh, all those high-tech tools, Doppler this and that—weather down to street level!—and long-winded disquisitions with wild gesticulations of all the weather fronts across the country, and forecasts for the weekend weather on Monday.

There are many ways to join the ranks of bad potential employers. Most involve wasting a candidate’s time and money, or not treating the hiring process with professionalism. Here’s a few ways to get on the blacklist:
Bring a candidate in for several hours of interviews with multiple parties and then refuse to return the candidate’s calls to find out the status of your search.
